Hello all,

I celebrated my 21st birthday in advance with my vj classmates today. I enjoyed it tremendously because I got to eat my favorite food..tadum…steamboat! Seriously, I’m a horrible steamboat freak. The best thing about steamboat is that nothing can go wrong! We went to Coca restaurant for the meal and I obviously ate a lot and my my..the soup was lip smacking tasty.

So I would like to say a very big thank you for the wonderful day you guys gave me and of course, for all the wonderful presents! Muaks!

Seriously, these guys are great! Jane, my ever so full of nonsense partner. We are forever traumatized by the rest of the cbes. But c’est bien, we are leaving even if it’s only for six months. Hee…we go and tour together mah! D’accord? Hee, and we are both terribly obsessed with food and in search for good food to eat. Hmmz..the only difference is that she is thin and I am fat!....I swear I don’t finish all the food we..no..SHE always order. Haiz..but we wouldn’t be eating together for quite some time right? =( But I’m sure we will both have fun…remember to show me what you cook okay, then maybe I can jian fei…oopz..heehee. =) And you better not miss me kay..I shy. Wahhahaha….

Shu Yuan, aha…also another crappy person! She can tell kiampa things with a straight face. I’m serious…Haha..but when she is serious she is very serious….and you can always tell her things. Unlike me, she is a very very good listener and is always ready to hear you out and help you. Yup, will miss you when I’m over there…especially when im all alone!

Joanna..Hello…ca va? Ahaha..It’s a real pity that we don’t meet up more often because I always wanted to know you better…but you are so hard to get close to…because you always hide your feelings? Yeah…yupz..when I get back next year..if you dun mind..lets meet up yeah? And dun be so zi dong mah..i always feel very guilty! I’m such a loser. Haha..

Salut!



After a full day of French today, ( can you believe it ? lessons one day after christmas?!?!) I finally made my way down to Parkway to meet the miss-es to buy groceries for the cooking later, eh for the Christmas dinner. But obviously , being girls, we took such a long time to do it that we only reached HQ’s house at like 9pm? Aha...haiyo..and during the cooking, they were “screaming” at each other..Ahem,but What’s new man.



Ahah..voila, finally the food was done.. The chickens..we bought them from Cold Storage, so well, it was fine. The macaroni was okay, but was a little too spicy! And the roti prata and sausage was very nice!





And the we had the chocolate fondue! Oh my.it was heavenly delicious. I love dark chocolate and the fruits went very well with it. Oh my, why am I always talking about food? But the chocolate was really really good. I ate till I could no longer eat anymore. Too full actually, but it was just irresistible. Just look at the thick, rich chocolate cascading down the fountain! Oh my….

Hello...

Christmas is over..!!! Sobz......but i had a great feast with my family just now. What more can I ask for?

Wahah! As usual..being such a Chinese-sy family, we had chilli crabs, fried food etc instead of the usual ham and turkey dinner. But damn it man, I love it. How am I suppose to survive when I get to France?? Tsk tsk..Isa......

So, I'm so full now that I can't sleep. So I'm here trying to kill some time. Yawnz! Anyway, did I tell you I'm moving? I'm moving my blog some where...somewhere out there...beneath the pale moon light.....I'm rambling rambling...a sign that i should start sleeping...

Hello there,
It's Christmas eve btut I'm stuck at home because i have got so many things to do. Boo Hoo Hoo. Luckily, I got to celebrate Chistmas yesterday at Lynnette's place and will be meeting the miss-es for Christmas on the 26. It's so tempting to go out today!

Anyway, Christmas at lynn's place was fun. It was a potluck party and jt and i brought pretzels and fishballs there. We stood round the table and talked and laughed...Okay..fine..they stood round the table and talked and laughed..while I stood there, and stuffed myself with hams and potato. heehee. We played balderdash with her sisters' friends and I got bored after a while and started to entertain myself with her humongous set of toys from the sylvanian family series. Boo hoo.. I also want mah. And she has the instruments set, but it doesnt include a trombone. eh..so trombone-ist. Tsk tsk.

Well, what else can i say. Lead a very boring life mah. Didn't go anywhere the last week after flying back from Vietnam. Basically had french lessons till 1630 everyday and went all around Singapore to settle stuffs for the GIP exchange. And i just saw some info about how to get my residence permit there....and i have got to translate some of the important documents here into french. That means more work again..where to i get these translated mah...and they must be certified by the Embassy.

Things and I have done:
1. Bought air tics ( finally.....! After a very hard search because all flights, regardless of airline were fully booked.=))
2. Applied for visa. ( heard of the traumatising story about my visa? I almost had to miss the Vietnam trip because i couldnt get my french visa on time if i was going to Vietnam. Had to work my way through..)
3. Gone down to the bank ( converted my tx account to uni-plus account..but I will not get my visa on time! So i have to survive my first few weeks without my visa card so i wil be carrying lots of cash around. what if i get robbed)
4. Made an extra spectacle since im so severly myopic...a red one..! Wahah...

Things to do:
1. Study French ( My goodness ..my french teacher taught 11 chapters last week..that is more than half a semester of work under normal circumstance) and i dun want to su it......!
2. Buy dictionary (Im seriously going to plead my parents to let me buy an electronic one), guidebook (on europe or france), clothesssssss.....
3. Email prof for advice..email french embassy to thank them...email seniors for sim card..email gip office for advice...
4. Prepare all the documents for applying for residence permit...entry to insa lyon..and where on earth can you take a 3 cm by 4cm black and white photo nowadays...go back to the last century? and translate the impt document into french and get them certified!
5. Download matlab...and all the bloody programs.....into my comp and clear the other things..
6. rebond my hair.i look like zhenzi.....!

eh..next week ..there's french from 9 to 5 everyday and i have to study for it because i dun want to su it....and im meeting them for christmas..for shiying's bdae..etc. etc...that leaves me with no time.....!!!! Im leaving in one week.....ARGGGHHHHHHHH

Haha...good..I'm finally panicking..Time to do work.....
